Mission

Every single one of us has a story that’s unique to us, how we process the events in our lives and how we connect with others. By sharing my interpretations, research, personal experiences, and knowledge, I hope to create a space for those who also seek to enhance understanding of ourselves and one another. This is what drives compassion and creates change. Although I focus heavily on our Arab roots, upbringing, and culture, there are many similarities across most non-Western groups in terms of the dichotomy of fitting old traditions into a modern world. 

One of the most critical messages that will continuously reflect in my work is that meaningful human connections are a pillar to our overall well-being and fulfillment.
